Not sure what to say?

I vividly remember living next door to the Booth family in the 50's & 60's in Shoreacres Tx. They were a great family & good neighbors. We had some tough times with hurricanes in those days, esp. Hurricane Carla. I remember looking up to Gene who was 6 years older than me. He was an awesome guy, smart and driven to succeed! We went our separate ways, but I thought about the family many times. I could go on and on about them. God Bless Gene and his extended family.

Beau, David just told me about the loss of your Dad. I have such fond memories of him and all you boys playing ball together. You and your family are in my prayers. Christ's peace, Karen Fawley

So sorry for your loss. Gene was a good man and a

Gene was our neighbor for many years. We saw his sons grow up. A great man.

Be assured of my thoughts and prayers ar this most special time.

Eugene Booth was a man's man. He had more courage in his little finger than most of us have in our whole body. Gene was the commander of a helicopter attack unit in Vietnam. He flew at least one mission each day, some days several, except on Christmas Day, was in combat every day. He was a competent Attorney; worked hard at his profession and always put his client first. Gene was an honorable man. He loved his family and he loved our Country. I will miss him. I will never forget him. He is...

TO Suzanne and the Booth family I would like to express my deepest sympathy on you all loss Eugene was a great guy and friend. I have you all in my prayers J Bryan Clemmons

I want to send my deepest condolences to the entire Booth family on the loss of Gene Booth. Gene was my football coach when I was at St. Aloysius School when I was a kid and he made a very positive impact on my life. I want to extend my deepest condolences prayers thoughts and support to his family and friends.

Gene and I became friends in the fall of 1962 when we were in the same squad at LSU ROTC. After college he became an army helicopter pilot and was a true hero in Vietnam. He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for his heroics which is about as high as it gets. Had he decided to stay on active duty I have no doubt that he would have become a General. After the service he became an outstanding lawyer and I always enjoyed seeing him at the courthouse. Suzanne I wish you and the children...
