Not sure what to say?

Our family was a recipient of Gene and Freda's love and hospitality. We knew them from Vestavia Alliance Church. They welcomed us into their home and were very loving and thoughtful toward us. We will remember their kindness and generosity. God's comfort to all who knew them.

I am sorry that I will not be able to attend the visitation or funeral service. My nephew Jerry Langston's visitation and funeral will be at the same time at Bessemer Brown Service. Gene and Freda were good friends and fellow church members at Westside Alliance Church in the Green Acres area of western Birmingham. I will be praying that the Holy Spirit will comfort the family in the time of your loss.
