Dear Family: Like Gene, I attended Spalding Institute, and graduated in 1963. I also entered the Viatorians, and it is from our years together in the Viatorians, initially in Arlington Heights, and later in Chicago, that I have many fond memories of Gene. I remember especially his broad smile and his infectious laughter. He was a wonderful friend during those years, and my thoughts and condolences go out to each of you on your loss.
