Not sure what to say?

Gene was a very kind and gentle man. Our cleaning company cleaned his home for seven years and we all got to know him. He was had a great sense of humor and he will be sadly missed by everyone here.

Oh, Gene was my neighbor on North 3rd Street. He will be missed. Had some great times together with our families. God Bless him.

Gene was a great man. He was my godfather when I was growing up. Great memories of him when I was growing up.

It was saddening to learn of the passing of Sweet Gene. I was honored to give him many golf lessons over the years. He had a special place in my heart, as he also shared the same birthday as my mom, who too just passed in October. I will miss calling him and sharing our golf adventures together, as we had moved to Central Oregon, but we stayed in touch. He will be missed by so many.

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.

A true friend, so many special memories of travel, family gatherings, lots of golf around the country! Your Hole-in-One with Kenny in McCall Idaho! So many countless fun times to be treasured always. Donna & Kenny Miller Friends

One 4th of July, my wife and I organized a backyard gathering that included live music provided by the band I was in. Prior to the 4th, I had visited all of my neighbors to inform them and provide my contact info so they could let me know if we became too loud or disturbing. At around 9pm on the 4th we stopped playing, and about 10 minutes later you dad was calling me over to the fence to say,"what are you stopping for? It is just starting to sound really good!"

Fortunate to spend many flying hours with Colonel Gene on the C-131, always the gentleman, amusing to be with and a very professional pilot.
