Eugene A. Helems

Uncle Eugene was a very talented man. He could play anything with strings or a keyboard. He was also great with a harmonica and a mouth harp. I also remember that he had a thing that goes around your neck so that you can play a harmonica while playing a guitar. Man he was really good. We kids used to play him a popular song on a record and after listening to it one time he would play it. He called that playing by ear. When we would brag on him he would always act as if it wasn't any big deal....
