On behalf of Bethesda Hospital that served Mr. Koch's Village of Golf community, we want to express our gratitude for Mr. and Mrs. Koch being generous benefactors of their community hospital.

Gene was one of the first members at CCF I was introduced to by our mutual friend Dick Martin. He was friendly, always a gentleman and fun loving, and loved his golf. He will be missed on this Earth, however Heaven just added a tremendous spirit.

Rest in Peace,

Gene Koch and my dad were fellow NM GAs and good friends. Gene was a leaders leader. He lived an abundant giving life.

Gene Koch was certainly an outstanding golfer, in addition to excelling in all his other endeavors. I always enjoyed having him as a participant in the WSGA events. He was a credit to the game...and in everything else he participated in.

Coach and Kalen were an amazing couple and God has now put them back together again. Gene was an inspiration to all who he crossed paths with. A true gentleman, successful businessman, one heck of a golfer and a model father. The genuine kindness he shared with my wife and I will never be forgotten.

He hemmed and hawed - and finally agreed. He pars #1 with a stroke and drops a bomb on 2 for birdie. We were off and running - and there I was, TIED FOR FIRST PLACE - with my buddy...
