I am stunned and saddened to hear of Gene's death. We were coworkers at Bell Atlantic (Verizon) and quickly formed a friendship that has continued all these years through phone calls and occasional dinners out. I last spoke with him twice within the past few weeks when we made plans to get together in the Spring ~ I already miss him and pray that he is at peace and comforted by his Mother.
