Thank you Lilian for giving my cousin Gene a touching memorial service at the CT State Veteran's Cemetery on Friday, Feb. 8, 2019. Gene, many of your cousins, immediate family members and friends attended this interment to pay you the honor you so deserve. You will always be in my thoughts. Love, cousin Barbara

Gene lived on Swain Avenue.. and, I remember him well... I look at his picture... and, that is what I also remember.. a kind face, a wonderful smile, a good guy... Love is never gone... and, my memories are fond ones...

Gene - A kind hearted, soft spoken gentlemen. I will miss our weekly phone chats - talking about the old Meriden and recalling our happy childhood days along with Nancy and Charlotte. I will hold the fond memories of the four of us growing up at 68 Yale Street and the fun we had. Will miss you Gene, Love, cousin Barbara

Gene was a considerate and understanding person. I have great memories of some of our wild and crazy endeavours, especially our time at Middlesex CC. Gene had a very tough journey over the past few years and I am disappointed that we were not able to catch up. My condolences to Lillian, Charlotte and Pat.
