And he was a bartender at the apparel. He new you both and when I said that Cal was always Quiet, He laughed. I hope all is well with you Dave. 616 349-42980 if you want to have a drink sometime.

Gene was an awesome coworker. When I got out of fellowship he was one of the technicians at spectrum Blodgett Hospital. I Enjoyed doing heart cath´s with him, had a great smile and especially loud and wonderful laugh. I know he was an excellent chili maker as well. Haven´t seen Gene in years, rest in peace my friend. God be with you. Roger Shammas MD

Just a note to say I´ll miss him. His attitude, his laugh, his advice, his cooking and just the way he cast his light. People like Gene are rare in todays world and my goodness how lucky we were to know him. I´ll miss him. And I know he´d be concerned about Cal so I hope we all wrap around Cal not just today, not just tomorrow but on those summer nights when he´s bored, in the cold of winter when he´s stuck at home, on holidays. And let´s mostly honor Gene on his BIRTHday with an ice cold...
