Not sure what to say?

Dear Kay and Don,
Your dad was our "leader". Band was such an integral part of our Junior High and High School experience in Durango in the 60s.
Your dad also talked me into refinishing a piano in the 80s. It took me an entire summer but I finally finished it. He was a patient, talented, and wonderful teacher and most of all a good man. You were lucky. Enjoy your memories of your parents.
In His peace,

Our prayers and thoughts are with you Don and Kay. What a great man and a blessing to every life he touched. RIP Music Man.

Bob Wyatt (former Drum Major at DHS...and honored also to have piped with...

Thanks to Mr. Moeny, the DHS band won several awards during that time. We were also invited to...
