Eugene Moran

Now that I´m retired and recently turned 70, I find myself looking back to find out what happened to many people who had an impact on my life & career. One of the first was Gene Moran. He was my Sales Manager at William Volker. Gene always gave me friendly advice and we never had a bad moment. He was very well liked by all. I went to work for Wiliam Volker at the age of almost 18. At that time I was the baby of Volker. Ilearned more in my nine years, at the closing,than any other life lesson I had. I started in the print shop & filing, went from there to Furniture with Dan Wolf and within those years
worked wit Gene, Dorothy, & Ray Craft. I was at Volker until the end.Went on to do various things in the business , but never learned more than I did from my famly from Volker. To this day I miss them.
