Not sure what to say?

Yet another year passes and you are missed still, Happy Holidays and rest in peace Gene, Sally

RIP Eugene. I know you´re enjoying a cigar somewhere. Your friend, Alex

Just watching the Americas Cup. It's in Barcelona this year. Barcelona will always remind me of the first time I set foot on Sinbad in Port Vell and of all the many many happy times spent on board. Unforgettable and guaranteed to make me smile. XX

In the 1960's while working my way through college at Hialeah Race Track I sometimes had the good fortune of working Saturdays on Gene's yacht Mimosa docked at Dinner Key Marina. In the 1990's our paths crossed again when he visited my store at the Dania Marine Flea Market. I immediately recognized him and he was gracious enough to have a nice chat with him about the Mimosa and Hialeah Race Track. He wanted to buy a book on super yachts that I was selling but I convinced him to allow me to...

My Mother Rosalie and I had the very good fortune of meeting Eugene and Eileen. They were very kind and welcoming to us when we visited them and we have many good memories of times spent with them in ft lauderdale. He will be very much missed. RIP

Great road trips with Gene over the decades. Eugene loved the mountains of Wales & the Scottish Highlands with trips to Gleneagles, tours of the distilleries even gathering his own juniper berries off the moorlands to make his own Gin. Gone but not forgotten. Sadly Missed.

Gene will be missed, may he rest in peace.

We all recognize and appreciate his service to our Nation.
Thank You Commander

I was so saddened to learn of Gene's passing. I will always be grateful for his kindness and hospitality. Gene was always so welcoming and the memories spent with my good friends at his home will never fade. The boat parade parties, Thanksgivings, and Christmases were the best. Rest in peace, Gene.
