Eugene my brother, I am just now finding out that you have been called home to glory. I send my deepest condolences to the Narcisse family and my heartfelt prayers are with you. Though I hadn't seen you in years it will make me miss you no less. I love you bro!

I had the great pleasure of working with Eugene at the beginning of his Law Enforcement career at LSU Medical Center,as a Police Officer in New Orleans. he was always respectful even as his career progressed, he will be missed.
