Not sure what to say?

Eugene was my editing partner and my dear friend. I will never forget the countless hours we spent together in the editing suite. His warmth, sensitivity, wisdom, and kindness help me continue on my path of creativity. I think about him whenever I'm creating something new or facing difficulties. I often find myself thinking about Eugene and deeply missing his friendship. He was the reason many of us in our USC cohort felt comfortable and safe to be ourselves. His genuine talent, sensitivity, listening ear, and warmth continue to inspire me on tough days. I keep a photo of him above my desk, and when I'm struggling with my creative projects, looking at his smile reminds me to keep going and that the stories we tell are important and will resonate with more people than we might realize.

Gene, we remember your warmth, humor, and friendship to our family. May your amazing life continue to be celebrated by all who knew and loved you.

My sincere condolences to all of the Noone family. Gene certainly lived a very full and productive life after I last saw him at Good Hope. I'm sure that you all have such precious memories.

What a beautiful send off to Gene today at Mass. So much love was there and in my home for him and your family. Hugs being sent to all of you.
