Not sure what to say?

I was so saddened to hear of Gene's passing. He was a humble, generous and kindly man who had many friends during his years at Georgetown. I fondly remember his days as editor of The Hoya student newspaper as well as his enduring support for all things Georgetown. He will be missed not only as a friend, but as a wonderful human being as well.
Bob Francis, Georgetown C'69.

Dear Lin and Family,
Gordon and I are saddened to hear of the loss of Gene. We didn't know of his passing until we read it in the Genesis. It came as a shock especially when we realized we had recently seen you both and chatted about your move and Frenchie's.
Gene was such a wonderful man and an honest soul. He always appeared interested and gentle in every way. Please accept our sincere condolences and understand we are only a phone call away.
With love,
Gordon and Nancy Polen

Lin and family,
In the past thirty some years over our occasional long lunches Gene would make nothing but kind comments and praises about mutual acquaintances. He more frequently talked proudly and affectionately about his big family.
He was a real Esquire and gentleman.
I shall treasure our friendship.

Barbara and I we're saddened to hear the sad news. Gene was a brilliant lawyer and a true gentleman. We will miss him..
Bob and Barbara Callan

So sorry for your loss. Sending all of our love and will continue to celebrate at SHP in perpetuity!

Gene was the gold standard. Such a fine man who shared his gifts freely. I was blessed to have known and worked with Gene at Tobin & Tobin. A warm embrace to his family.

Thinking of you Mike, and your family at this time. Love, courtney and nick Gugliuzza
