Not sure what to say?

To Gene's family
Just heard, so sorry. Fond memories working with Gene at Green Giant and after. Gene recommended me for my BEST job. (there is a little story, you can contact me if you wish). I always told people that Gene was Mr. Frozen Foods. He could go into an account that was going to drop some of our (GG) slow movers... I swear he could tell the buyer that the biggest problem in frozen vegetables was "out of stocks" and then tell the buyer because our items sold so little we...

Gene; I will always remember the great times at the Swanson's dinner party, the New York Brokers convention grilling by you and Lundin. Thanks for all your help selling Frozen GG in LA.

Gene,
Our friendship goes back 65 years , high school days in Kiel, when you and Marge and my current friend and I would double date. A good part of that depended upon who could get the car. You and Marge will remain in my memory forever. We shared so many good times.
Rest in peace.

Gene: We worked together, we drank together---- your martini capacity was legendary, you taught me a lot about many things. You left your mark on the world of frozen fodds and leave behind many who will remember you fondly. Jerry and Lee Thole

Mark-

You may not recall our meeting years ago,but I wanted to let you know that I am very sorry for your loss.

Your Dad was an inspiration to me and he will be missed. I worked with him for over 10 years at Green Giant. Gene was truly a legend at the Company; creative, energetic, and a prolific writer as you know. I am proud say that I am currently working on Green Giant in Sales and many of Gene's ideas have are resonating today.

My deepest sympathy to you. Karen...

Gail- I am sorry for your loss. I know this has been a struggle for you. Although I never met your dad, I feel in some sense I knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
