Eugene was born on April 29, 1930 and passed away on Monday, February 11, 2019. Eugene was a resident of Quincy, Massachusetts at the time of passing. He attended Harvard University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and then received his law degree from Harvard Law School. Services will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019 at Hamel-Lydon Chapel at 650 Hancock St., Wollaston, MA. Visitation at the Hamel-Lydon Chapel from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on February 22, 2019. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of choice.
