Eugene was my neighbor for 10 years, We loved him, me and my son. He called me Tish and my son Tishawn. We live in Riverview heights I lived on the end and he lived right beside us he was a great neighbor he was family in my eyes and I know Eugene is at peace. I know this a tough time for his family.
