Joyce, I am so sorry to learn of Gene's passing, He meant so much to so many people. He spoke so highly of you, always. I was asked by him many years ago to be on the Board of Directors of his Neuropathy Support Network, and I was so honored to have him ask me and of course I said yes!! But I've been ill off and on with an incurable, rare non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and as a result, I have not been close to helpful the past few years. Gene was a beacon of hope and encouragement to those of us with peripheral neuropathy (P-N). He was a national leader and mentor among P-N support group leaders and will be missed terribly.
