So sorry to hear of Gene's passing.

We will always remember the times that he spent entertaining Miranda at Nana's during your summer trips to Michigan. Swimming with her in the pool til he was water logged and doing fix up work on Nana's house. Also trying to get her to like tennis... that never happened :)

What a kind person he was. I'm sure he will be greatly missed. I hope that you have lots of great memories to help you through these...

We are very saddened at Eugene's passing. He was easy to remember because he was easy to like. God bless you all as you miss him.

My deepest sympathy goes out to you at this most difficult time. I just read
about Eugene's passing and I was very sorry to hear about it. I was a classmate of his at James River High School and I remember him fondly. He was always very pleasant to be around and converse with. May God be with you through this most difficult time of adjustment.

Gene was a member of our Sunday night tennis group for many years before moving to Weems. He was a great guy, and we will miss him.
