I would like to say that gene was always a solid voice when I met him. gene loved life and wanted to do all he could to experience life. I haven't seen gene or Janie in quite a few years but they have always been on my mind. this is a lesser world without him and it breaks my heart. all my love to Janie and the kids. Love Bret

I was a few years ahead of Gene in school, but remember him well. He was a good athlete and an enthusiastic, friendly person who livened up any activity he took part in. I also remember him as a superb harmonica player. Deep peace, Gene, until we meet again.
