Dear Ruscin family and friends:
My 1st wife (Maryrose Bichler Frank) was a teacher at Thomas Jefferson Junior High in Cleveland along with Virginia Ruscin. We were close to Virginia and Eugene until my wife passed away 30+ years ago. I am a KofC brother and talked to Gene but not recently. Please accept my deepest sympathies.
