My condolences to Susan and his children. Mr. Scassa was such an upbeat person, and always had a smile on his face, no matter if he was in pain.. He never wanted you to worry about him. What a gentleman! He will be greatly missed.

Gene was for me like a father, brother, and mentor. He taught me that the most important thing in life are relationships based on honesty and integrity. He always lived what he taught and taught what he lived. I think I am a better person because of Gene.
