Not sure what to say?

Dear Dad,

I was blessed to have you as my Father and to be by you side when the time came for you to leave this earth. You were so peaceful and comfortable and I hope that you remain that way.

I knew that it would be very difficult to accept your passing, however I wake up in the early morning hours knowing you are finally at peace and in a better place and I don't have to worry about whether your are being taken care of properly or in pain or lonely.

Last night I...

We never had a chance to really know each other well, which is unfortunate because you led such a full and interesting life. I would have liked to talk a great deal more about your experiences.
But you did give me a great gift in a way, your daughter and my family. I can't thank you enough for that.
We miss you and will treasure the memories of the good times forever.
I hope you rest in peace.
Dana

I will always remember your smile and try to forget your heartache.
I will try to forget that you suffered and remember that you had loads of fun.

Wishing I had known you better...Rest in peace, Gene.

We will cherish the memories we've all shared with you. Rest in peace, Grandpa.

You'll always be aces with us...
Stu and Family

God saw he was getting tired
And a cure was not to be.
So He Put His arms around him
And whispered, "Come with Me."

With tearful eyes we watched him suffer
And saw him fade away.
Although we loved him dearly,
We could not make him stay.

A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard working hands to rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best.
