Not sure what to say?

Bobby, thinking of you frequently and praying your memories and family/friends' support has helped you through the year.

Bobbie;
I am so sorry for your loss. I am sorry that I am just learning as I was out sick for several months so please forgive my late notice. I also was one of the lucky ones who although I did not work with Gene in his lab was able to have him as my outside mentor for my graduate work, and he and you welcomed me into your home when I had no money but many questions and flew in from as he called it Nooo Joisey. He was a wonderful teacher and mentor and friend and I thank you both for...

Dear Bobby, Eric, Karla and Peter and family,

Dale and I and our children, Dori and David, are saddened to hear of Gene's death and our hearts go out to yours. Our best times together were when our children were with yours in elementary school. We always enjoyed reading of all the Gene's accomplishments especially with his science research projects ...he certainly left his mark in...

Please include my husband Rexs' name with my entry.

He helped me so many times, driving to Canada twice for me to support my Masters and PhD defense. It is really hard for me to lose this friend who had such a big heart.

Gene Stoermer…whether proudly showing off photos of his wonderful wife and children and grandchildren, or talking with so much gratitude about all that they had done to support and help him in his long battle with cancer, or taking time out of a busy schedule to go to the doctoral defense of a former student and research assistant from 20 years previous, or enjoying sharing a paper he had participated in writing about a new epoch, or laughingly agreeing to read and comment on a paper way out...
