EUGENE H. STRATHMAN

I played on the Fuchu AFB football team in 1959 when Eugene Strathman was the coach. We ran the old single wing formation. I also was a member of the Air Force All Star Track team and I remember that Eugene was a discus thrower (also javelin thrower?). We participated together in the 1960 Olympic Trials in Tokyo (the Air Force All Star Track team was invited to participate). I have remembered him all these years. I was 18 years old then.
