Jesus Christ and his first disciples were Fishermen. Joseph, Jesus' earthly father was a Carpenter. That picture of Gene holding a fish, I will always remember him in that way, lobsters, clamming, trucks, boats, even Vermont and deer hunting. Gene accomplished all he wanted to do and more - so, he passed on to eternity,

Our deepest condolences to the entire family and friends. We have been good friends for many years. School and boating was one of the best!

So sad to hear of Gene´s passing. He and I go way back to the CB radio days! My condolences to all.

I just heard now that Gene has left this mortal coil. I got to know him on my long walks with my dog along Cove Marina .I shall remember his laughter, his love and devotion towards his friends...and his willingness to be of help. I send my condolences to his family and friends...and hope he knew how much he meant to everyone.

Eugene was a good friend to the 1234 Pizza team and he will be very missed. We are sorry for you loss and we will remember him always.

Gene and I shared our space in the Cove neighborhood and in Holy Name catechism. He defined the word "gentleman". He will be missed.
