David and I are blessed to have known Gene aka "Pop" as we affectionately called him, before his condition changed.From the minute we first met him and was greeted with his wonderful smile at Tony & Maddy's home, "we loved him dearly". David loved to pick him up and take him to his jobsites so he could critique his home building skills and respected his opinions. As David said he was a good friend and a "pal". He was loved by everyone who met hiim and will be missed by us all.

A dedicated family man that is the example of sacrifice and dedication. Truely a role model for any husband and father. He worked hard for the success of his children and devoted to God for all of his blessings. His legacy is his children, grand children and great grand children that cherishes and celebrated his life. He was my golfing buddy, a friend to help but never needed to ask, and always always pick up the tab at every event. I will miss our time together and remember always.

My entire family and I would like to thank everyone who came to mass,the funeral home or simply made a phone call offering support or just to pay their respects to my father. The response we have recieved has been...overwhelming.
