Gene was always very nice to me in school and any time we met on the street..My husband knew him from working at Corning. May God give you peace.

Madlyn and family, my thoughts are with you as you get through this time. I'm sure Gene is somewhere trading jokes and laughing. Hope the fond memories you shared give you peace.

Madlyn, we are so sorry to hear about Gene. He had such a good sense of humor and quick wit. He will be missed. Bob was just remembering how he, Gene and Jerome all joined the Navy together under the Buddy system and never served together during the next 4 years.
