To the entire Vance family may pleasant memories ease tour sorrows and may God bless you all. RIP my friend!

Gene and I spent 4 years sitting next to each other alphabetically in home room and some classes in high school. He was a good friend to me then and even walked home from school with me some days, parting ways at Fourth and Walnut Streets. The SH Class of `72 is losing a good guy! Prayers of comfort & peace to the family at this time. With Sympathy, Cheryl Vanatta Kerns

What a great man...Steelton lost a true legend! May Geno's memory be eternal.

I was fortunate to have an acquaintance with Gene through work at DGS and was very sad to see that he had passed. Gene was always a pleasure to work with. We always knew that he would work with us to resolve issues. Rest in peace Gene!
