Dear Steve and Stan - when I saw the message in my email this morning, inviting me to comment again on the anniversary of his passing 8 years ago, it brought a smile to my face when I saw your dad's photo - I remember him well. He was always so gracious and kind - I can still remember his voice quite well. Blessings to you both as you remember your dad.

I always enjoyed very much visiting with your father, listening to his stories, the laughs and his recount of Pearl Harbor. Without doubt, an exceptional man with great values and integrity. His memories will live on, prayers and blessings to the two of you and your family.

I just heard of your dad's home going. Our love and prayers will be with you both as you grieve the loss of your father. It was great to have met him on several occasions when they were in town to visit you. I know how much he meant to you and I know he will be missed. I was sorry to hear of your dad's passing. It's always hard to say goodbye, no matter how old we are. There's no question your dad lived an incredible life ... what a guy! I'm so privileged to have known him and I look forward to seeing him again someday. We are praying for you and your family.
