He was an incredible law enforcement instructor back in 1991. I later used everything he taught me in the Navy as a MP, helped me advance my career, his lessons even made a huge difference when I was Iraq 05-07. Eugene was a father figure, counselor, and spiritual leader to me being that my father was killed when I was 5. You changed me life and I never got to say thank you. See you again someday.
