Not sure what to say?

To the Zeltmann family:
My deepest sympathy on the loss of your wonderful husband and father. I am a former grammar school (Morrill) classmate. Gene and I went school from kindergarten to 8th grade. He will be rembered fondly.

My condolences to the family. Gene was a very strong supporter of Safety at NYPA and a partner with us as only a true leader could be. Beyond that he was a renaissance man, always went above and beyond to engage employees in conversation. When ever he saw me he would ask, what are you reading? I felt fortunate to work for Gene and will not forget our discussions. Tim Faulds RN, Sr. Health and Safety Specialist (retired) at NYPA.

I was so sad to hear of Gene's passing. we worked together at the PSC for a short time I was a secretary for someone else and sat with his secretary [Bonnie] and he was a wonderful man. always so upbeat always a gentleman my heartfelt condolences to his family especially Susie [how he loved you] again I am so sorry for your loss.

I was so sorry to hear the sad news of Gene's passing. I knew him back in the '60's. He was a good friend and a very nice guy. He was a fraternity brother of my brother-in-law and was in his wedding in '64 in Washington, D.C. My condolences to the entire family.

God Bless! Gene was a great Human being . You will be missed by all . God Bless.

Dear Susie, Laura, John, Rebecca, and children,
Bill and I were so sorry to learn of Gene's passing. He was such a wonderful man, full of the most interesting stories, always the most gracious host, the best breakfast cook, full of laughter, and the best source for where to find cheap gas! We have so many fond memories of the time we spent with him, and we will miss him so much. We send our very deepest sympathies to all of you. With love, Cheri & Bill Farrell
