Not sure what to say?

Eugenia Sharp was my art teacher at Hillsboro HIgh School in Nashville, TN. She encouraged me and helped plant the love of art in my Soul. She touched my life and I am so thankful for the gifts she gave to me.

Jene was a gifted artist and a wonderful person. She and Bill exemplified the best of humanity.I miss them and am proud to say they were my friends

Will miss Jene (Sis) so very much. We had so much fun together painting, traveling, spending time together. Children, I am so sorry! Love, Marissa Apolinsky ( I have been in Arizona for 3 weeks so did not know.

What a lovely picture of Jene! It reflects her beauty and joy. She was a special member of our wonderful Class of 1957 at Agnes Scott and I have many happy memories of dear Jene from our days at the college as well as gatherings through the years. Love to Jene's family at this time of thanksgiving for her life as well as grief for your loss. Devotedly, Sis Newsome

To Nancy and all of Jene's family. I had hoped to see her once agin at our Agnes Scott 60th reunion this next April. With fondness i remember our good times in Decatur and at the Decatur Presbyterian Church--where Jene, Charlotte H. , Frances H. and i were a "team>"

To the Black children and grandchildren, I have not known of your mother since I graduated Hillsboro High School in 1962. But I have Never forgotten her! When I became a teacher, I tried to "channel" her energy, intellect and enthusiasm to my students. She was so full of life & joy. Her 20-something self was such a good example to us. Her students are not at all surprised to hear of her giving life.
My deepest sympathies on your loss. Sincerely, Virginia Yasin, Florence, AZ

Its with a heavy heart that I write this today. Jene was a light in John Lonergans class and in MBAA association. She was a great friend and loved the community of all the artists. I pray that your family is comforted by your memories and the love she had for all of you. May God bless you and keep you.

Randy and I were so very sorry to read about Jene's death. We had so much fun working in the children's programs at St. Luke's together.
Blessing to her family.
Randy and Gail Moulton

If a man should die will he live again?Hear the promise God has made,he will call the dead will answer ,They shall live at his command.Have faith in seeing your love one again. CAROLYN
