Not sure what to say?

Thank you Mrs. Olson for lighting in me a desire to serve others as a teacher. You were the special person who came into my young life and instilled a desire to pass the torch of learning to others. My career of 40 years as an educator is forever linked to you. Thank you & may you rest in peace!

Genie, Rest in Heavenly Peace in God's Love. The beauty of a 'Rose' within you will never be forgotten.

Another year's gone by since a beautiful rose, 'Genie', was taken away on Angel's wings, and the 'Rose' is now blooming in Heaven; but not forgotten and will remain in a special place in our hearts!
My condolences to Dave on the second anniversary of his lovely Rose, Genie's departure to eternal rest in Heaven until you meet again.

I love you Auntie Gene. We will one day reunite. This is the Lords promise...

I was honored to meet Mrs. Olson (Genie) when I worked at the Galt High School Office as Property Clerk. It was a pleasure to assist Genie who was always friendly, smiling, and always had something nice to say. Genie recruited me as a volunteer to the Galt Area Historical Society, and I could not say no to her whenever she needed a volunteer. We have lost a 'Gran Senora' -- a Great Lady who will be missed!
My condolences to Dave.
Con Mucho Carino,
Eugenia Luna

Mrs. Olsen was everything a teacher should be, loving, funny, demanding, understanding, and inspirational. She saved me from basic English and helped me move into college prep English. My world was forever changed, as was my life. I would not have earned my doctorate without her early guidance, support, and vision of who I could be in the future. I am am forever grateful for her wonderful example.

Mrs. Olson thank you for the patience and kindness you showed me throughout my high school years. I've always treasured those times with you. I'm grateful I stopped and said "Hello" to you at the Velvet Creamery a couple of years ago and especially for the wonderful hug. May you rest in piece, but I'm sure you'll still be teaching those in Heaven. God Bless....

What a life lived well. Mrs. Olson was one of the most dedicated and passionate teachers I ever had I am an grateful to have had her for a short time in my life.

Light, for your journey Home.
Thank you, Mother O, for all you taught me in this life.
