Not sure what to say?

My uncle Lalo was a locing and caring person.Loved by all and me growing up with him by my side made me feel secure and loved. Now my mom passing they are together.i love them both.may God have them in his hands......

I write this with deep sadness and disbelief. You were an exemplary person, friend, peer and you were loved by many. You impacted so many lives Lalo, mine include!! You were a selfless individual with the eagerness to share the love of the Lord with others. I thank you for the words of wisdom and encouragement. You will be deeply missed.
My prayers go out to your daughters and family, may God lay his hands over them and guide them through this time.

Lalo and I were in the same class as freshmen at El Paso High School. I remember him as a funny guy always cheerful. When I worked at PD, he was still the cheerful guy, always smiling.

My prayers to the family. God bless everyone.

I was fortunate to have met Lalo and develop a friendship in my early days with the Sheriff's department. He was a kind man and always had a smile on his face. He will be missed. My condolences to his family, friends and former co-workers.

I first met Lalo in 1982 where he was working Northeast Patrol. He was a character, full of compassion and dedicated to his work. We later worked together out of the Mission Valley Command. I learned a lot from Lalo. He was a good man, and cared about his co-workers. He will be missed. God Bless you "Lalo."

I'm still in disbelief. As I read the obituary I couldn't believe that he has passed. God Bless the family on the loss.

Rest In Peace my friend. You were such a good person and you are now safely with God. I miss you and will never forget you. <3

Lalo, you were an incredible person. From the reason why you became a police officer and then joining DFPS. We were so fortunate to have you there assisting on our most crucial cases. You always had our backs. You told me your priorities were right: Love God, love family, Love friends and then do your job and love the people in it. My heart is broken that you are gone. But my mind knows you had to go to be able to do more! Goodnight friend, Love Roberta.
