Read MoreLalo was a super person. I want to send my condolences to his family. He was a friend and mentor to me. Lalo taught me the ropes at St. Vincent de Paul and how to usher at St. Ann´s. Without his help I would have been lost. I looked forward to our visits on Thursday nights at St. Vincent de Paul meetings and Sunday mornings at St. Ann´s before and after mass. Lalo meant a lot to me and I will never forget him. May he RIP

I remember Lalo clearly from my growing up and early adulthood in Midland. A kind man dedicated to family and community. Rest in peace old friend.
