Not sure what to say?

Carol and family: It was an honour to know Surya while helping care for him. I appreciated the genuine support and commitment of your family during many difficult days. I always enjoyed visiting with Surya especially when he was tending to his garden that he and Carol had planted. Surya was always anxious to share how proud he was of his wife, his children and his grandchildren.

Pierce Family,
Please know that you are in our prayers and that God can give you peace as you continue your lifes journey. We just heard of Mr. Pierce's passing. He was a wonderful and kind man with a great heart. We enjoyed the opportunities we had to spend time with him at various family gatherings. He will be truly missed.

Grandma Johnny - we love you!

May the hand and love of our Lord surround and fill each of you.

We love you all!

I had the opportunity to know Surya for over 20 years and know that he touch many lives. He loved his family and all God's creatures..He so enjoyed, music, family ,friends, judging horseshows and being part of this wonderful world. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

You will always be in our hearts.
Your "Chickens" Brothers

We are so sad that Surya is gone...it was good to see him at the Scandia/Marine Lions club breakfast. We will cherish the times we talked to him listening to all his stories about the past. He was a very interesting, funny guy....and had a really cute smile. Take Care, Jeannie and Family

Dearest Carol, Soma, Surya, Lela and Family,

May the joyous times spent as a family bring peace to your hearts with the rememberance of wonderful memories of Eulis.

Our deepest condolences during this sad time. Surya touched the lives of many folks in Marine. We will cherish the memories of his pierogi nights at the Voyageur Café, his salon, and seeing him in the community. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Carol,
I'm sorry to read of Sonny's death. I taught with him at the Horst Institute in the late 1970s (I bought a few of those fabric scissor/comb holders that you sewed). It was a pleasure & honor to work with such a warm, kind, patient, & nurturing man -- I will always have much respect and a warm spot in my heart for him. God's peace & understanding to you at this time....

Carol and family,
Jeff and I were saddened to hear about Surya. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
