I’ll remember Eunice better known as Julie's Mom from my 13 years with CSI. Once a year in celebration of Julie's birthday, Eunice would spend hours baking her wonderful desserts for Julie to share with her CSI family. Her Gooey Butter cake was my favorite ;). She will be truly missed!
