Dr. Eustolia "Tola" Spuhl

Senora Spuhl was my Spanish teacher at Parkway South. I have fond memories of making pinatas and sopapillas for the foreign language fairs!

We were so saddened to hear of Tola's passing. The longtime President of our St. Louis - San Luis Potosi Sister Cities Committee, Tola's boundless energy, dedication and gentle manner were an inspiration. She will be greatly missed.

So sorry to hear of Tola´s passing. I was a longtime friend through BSF and through Sandy Valentine. Tola was a great entertainer and I enjoyed lunches at her home!! I know she´s with Jesus!! Marsha Larson

There are people that come and go in our lives, and others who leave an imprint in our hearts. This fireball of energy knew no strangers. May she rest in peace and may Paul and the family be comforted with the fond memories created by Tola. In God´s holy name I pray, Amen.

I crossed paths with Tola for about 20 years as her inspector of choice while helping her clients purchase homes. Tola was a total sweetheart, always concerned for her clients during a stressfull time of buying a house. I will miss her wonderful smile and attitude. Gerry S.
