I had the pleasure of knowing Eva for most of my life. When she and Carl lived on Boulevard and 26th Street, I baby-sat her little boys.
I've enjoyed her company for many years at the Jackson/Jills luncheon. Her niece, Anice, and I grew up together and attended Brentwood School, Kirby-Smith and Andrew Jackson together. We are close friends to this day.
