I was deeply sadened when I heard the news of Aunt Eva's passing. She always had words of wisdom and loving deeds for my children and myself. We were always so welcomed in her home. You will be greatly missed Aunt Eva.

My mother once told me that Aunt Eva was the one person who most positively influenced who she was. I am deeply grateful to Aunt Eva for being an important part of my life as well. She was a loving woman and an excellent role model -- and she gave the best hugs. I love her dearly and will miss her always.

Sister Moireen Kelly introduced me to Eva last year. We enjoyed an afternoon of splendid company, conversation, cookies and coffee. What a lovely person Eva was - a story-teller like no other. :-)

Somehow it didn't seem possible that someone as full of life, wisdom, and determination could leave this world. I will truly miss the...

Eva and I are third cousins, her father and my great-grandfather (Peter) were brothers. Much to my regret, I only met Eva just a few years ago, but was still fortunate enough to have had an opportunity to visit with her on a couple of occasions at her home in Mandan. Eva was a generous host and a pure pleasure to visit with. She exercised much patience while the majority of our conversations were monopolized by me asking questions about the Boehm family tree. Eva was very gracious and shared...

I was so saddened when I received the call the dear Eva had died. We had just seen her the Friday before.
Will miss visiting her on my trips to N.D. She was a grand LADY and the last of my mother's family.
