Eva "Simard" Morrissette-Desrosiers, 92, a resident since 1988 of Central Falls, Rhode Island, a native of St. Louis du Ha-Ha, Quebec, Canada, a weaver in the textile industry for many years before her retirement in 1973, died at Berkshire Place Nursing Home in Providence, Rhode Island, on Tuesday, March 6, 2001. Calling hours are scheduled for Sunday, March 11, 2001, 4-7 p.m., at Bellows-Falso Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln, Rhode Island. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, March 12, 8:45 a.m., at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, 10 a.m., at St. John the Baptist Church, Quincy Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Burial will be at Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
