Not sure what to say?

Ron and I are so sad to read this news. Like others, I only thought to google her name when our new year's greeting bounced back. Chester and Eva were our parents-away-from-home while we lived in Princeton in the 70s. We kept in touch over the years and were so happy to have a chance to visit with Eva again in NY a few years ago. Dear David, Ilene & Asher
What sad news. As I did net get a reply on my emails I decided to look Eva (or Chava as we called her) up on the internet - and what sad news - I am crying as I am typing. Chava, and Chester, played a big role in our lives. I, Jo-Marie, Carol and Daniel has such fond memories of them. Chava's passing away leaves a big void in our lives.

Dear David, Ilene, and Asher,

Eva loved so generously. Her friendship was a wonderful gift. I will always treasure that our paths came together and I got to know Eva and Chester, and meet you, her wonderful family.

Eva was a woman of great fortitude and integrity. She is admired for her strength of character and her individuality. We will miss her.

I grew up next to Eva on Maclean Circle, and remember her as someone who was very precise with her gardening, picking up each leaf as soon as it fell. Good wishes to her family

Esther and Joe Dresner who lived near Eva while she lived on Hartley Avenue in Princeton.
Eva was a woman of valor who had a wonderful personality and a great sense of humor. She will be remembered with great fondness.

We met at garage sales, in the Stonebridge dining hall, at voting times, when she was a part of the women's league for voters and exchanged serious thoughts and pleasantries, mainly about the world we live in. She was also a close friend, when my husband was alive and would gently kid with him about this and that; despite their differing religious apartenance, they shared many common beliefs.

I will...
