I had the pleasure of being in Eva's classes while attending Lincoln School in Hawthorne. I also had the added pleasure of becoming her colleague when I graduated from college and started teaching at Lincoln School in 1970. She was a great and professional teacher and I have never forgotten her. May she rest in peace.
