Read MoreIt is hard to believe it has been 10 years that Evalyn is gone. After my father, Lester Foreman, died, Aunt Evalyn and my Mother, Lucy, would go for lunch everyday somewhere in the area. All the restaurants in town knew Evalyn and Lucy. Probably because they were notoriously bad tippers. Now Mom is gone as well. I miss them both.

Nick, I am so sorry for the loss of your Mom. Evalyn was my favorite aunt and a feisty lady. She worked hard all her life as a nurse, farmer, truck driver, and livestock grower. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a dry wit. I used to call her "The Mayor of Pittwood" and we always had a laugh. I used to go to her house every Sunday after Sunday school.
