Thank you so much for joining me here to celebrate what would have been Evan's 30th Birthday! Wow, what a milestone! It's been 14 years since that shocking night, yet Evan's legacy lives on in so many ways.
Doug has hosted 13 Annual Evan Baxter Fishing Derbies on his neighborhood lake. I've had the pleasure of attending a few times since we've returned to Chicago. The kids' excitement and love for fishing touches my heart and brings back so many memories.
