Evan was my neighbor and friend. It was always wonderful to see him walking his sweet little dog Sophie. They were such a pleasure to talk with and we soon became good friends. Words can not describe how heartbroken I am. Evan was so sweet and kind to any and everyone he came in contact with. He and I had some good times in the Clerks office. Judge Haggard, you and your family will be in my prayers. To me Evan will always be a ROCKSTAR!!!! He never lost his faith and he was always upbeat even with everything going on.

Evan was my friend and coworker. He had a kind heart. He will be missed. May he rest in peace with the Lord. Amen
