Mackley Evan It is with sadness that the President, Committee and members of the Horsham City Pipe Band acknowledge the passing of Life Member, Mr Evan Mackley. Evan joint the band in 1957 and served as Secretary - Treasurer 1969 and as President from 1973 - 78. Evan was made Life Member in 1979, he was a snare and base drummer over those years. Evan and his wife Barbara donated a trophy in 1979 to recognise the annual 'bandsman of the year' which continues to this day. We are grateful for...
