Mr. Evans Keith "Smokey G" Gordon, I, 63, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022 in Beaumont, Texas.

Mass of Christian Burial Celebration Service for Mr. Gordon will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church located at 3390 Sarah Street-Beaumont, Texas 77705, with Burial Service for Mr. Gordon to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas. A Public Viewing for Mr. Gordon will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. with rosary to be recited at 9:15 a.m. at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church, with the practicing of social distancing and facial masks required.
 
Smokey G's memories will forever remain in the hearts of his loving and devoted wife of thirty-nine years, Regena Brooks Gordon; son, Evans Keith "Flash" Gordon, II (Candice) and daughter, Heather Brooke Gordon; grandchildren, Nariya Simone Gordon, Macie and Mason Gordon; brothers, Jesse "Terry" Gordon (Wilda) and Gerald "Scotty" Gordon; sisters, Dianne Gordon Jackson, Pamela Metz (Ted), Joann McKinney, and Tara Baloney (Dwight); mother-in-law, Louise G. Brooks.  There are a myriad of cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends who will miss him immensely.
